  The Royal Mauian Resort is located on the sunny south side of Maui. The Royal Mauian offers a variety of features which make it both distinctive and one of Maui's most popular condominium accomodations. There is a rooftop garden which affords spectacular views of the blue pacific ocean, Mount Haleakala (clouds permitting) and the West Maui mountainside.  The ocean front pool affords a nice break from the salt water while still soaking in the views. The BBQ area is on the roof next to the garden area and is second to none and a nice meeting area.

The condominiums come with fully equipped kitchens, cable color tv, daily maid service, free parking, washer/dryer inside and your own private lanai where you have a birds eye view of the humpback whales breaching during the winter months.
The Royal Mauian is adjacent to Kamaole Beach I which is one of Maui's most popular beaches for swimming and snorkeling. Kihei is, of course, close to shopping, restaurants and nearby to excellent golfing as well. Complimentary coffee and tea is served by the oceanfront pool each am.
