The property is situated oceanfront to a rocky shoreling. The break from this shoreline makes the adjacent beach ideal for surfing. Historic Kailua-Kona town is less than a 5 minute walk. The road is busy but it feels safe as you walk along. Kailua-Kona town offers good shopping and excellent restaurants and night life. For a nice breakfast, try Gump's. Excellent golf can be found nearby at the 36 hole Kona Country Club.
