The Kapalua Bay Villas offers 141 1 and 2 bedroom luxury condominiums nestled on a knoll overlooking Oneloa Bay. Enjoy quick access to Kapalua Beach which was nominated by Sunset Magazine as the world's nicest beach and any one of three spectacular golf courses including the Plantation Course which is home to the PGA Mercedes Championship.
The site offers a wide variety of activities. It is a short walk to Kapalua Bay for truly excellent swimming, snorkeling and shore scuba diving. There are two swimming pools on site and the pool at the Ritz Carlton is also available within walking distance. There are two tennis courts, gas barbeques and recreation areas for the convenience of guests. There are shuttles which run throughout the properties between both hotels, the various villa and condo groups and golf courses to facilitate the ease of moving about when carrying clubs, etc.
The condos range in size from 1 bedroom 1,100 square feet to 2 bedroom 2,200 square feet. They feature private lanais, high ceilings with fans and sunken garden baths.

| Cancellaton Policy: No refunds unless we re-book your rental dates. Booking Deposit: A 3 night deposit is due when you make the reservation. Final payment is due 30 days prior to check in (60 days prior to check in for Holiday stays). Check-In: Check in time is 3 pm. Check out time is 11 am. Your key will be mailed to you after final payment is made so you can go straight to your condo upon arrival. Maid Service: No daily maid service is included in your rental rate. Housekeeping services may be available at an additional cost. Starter supplies are supplied but not replentished during your stay. Smoking: We ask that if you smoke, please do so outdoors as smoking is not permitted in these rentals. |
