Located near Keauhou Bay, the Holua Resort is nestled amidst 16 acres of lush gardens with lovely pathways to take a relaxing stroll. There are no fewer than eight swimming pools and hot tubs along with five lighted tennis courts.  The resort is situated next to the Kona Country Club Fairways.

Each condo features air conditioning, fully equipped kitchens, a washer and dryer, in-room safe, dvd player and stereo.  The living rooms and bedrooms are nice and roomy.  The kitchen has everything that you need to cook a fine meal. The condos are set in individual buildings or pods that hold between five and ten rooms depending on their size.

The location of this property is a mixed bag. Not being oceanfront, it is affordable and you can walk to the area where you board many of the snorkeling cruises (Fair Winds). Dining is close with a big Aloha going out to the Keehi Cafe. You will need a car to get to some of the prime swimming beaches and to explore this rich island.
