Hale Kai O Kihei is a boutique condominium complex located at the north end of the popular Kihei area. All condos at the Hale Kai O Kihei are ocean front and offer breathtaking ocean views from most points of the condos. The 2nd and 3rd floors offer particularly nice viewpoints during whale season.

The condominiums at Hale Kai O Kihei come in one and two bedroom configurations.  Each condo features a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, wireless internet access, telephone and cable tv. The one bedroom units are 616 sq feet, the two bedrooms are roomier offering 915 sq ft.


Outside the condo you will find an ocean front swimming pool, putting green, shuffleboard, horseshoes and barbeques for your outdoor enjoyment.  The beach here is white sand and pretty, however, seaweed can accumulate on the beach.

Located at the north end of Kihei, these condos are a short walk to excellent shopping and dining.  There are several excellent golf courses a 5 minute drive south in Wailea.  While the Hale Kai O Kihei rests on top of it's own beach, it is also nearby other fantastic beaches in the Kihei, Wailea and Makena areas.

PAYMENTS
We accept checks, Visa or MasterCard.
Deposits: $ 350. Deposit due at time of booking.
Balance: Due 30 days prior to arrival. For last minute bookings full payment is due immediately.


CANCELLATION POLICY



  • Deposit less $ 100.00 is refundable if cancellation notice is received 30 days prior to arrival. (By 10/31 for Christmas bookings.)
  • Penalties will apply if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival. (After 10/31 for Christmas bookings.)

Terms & Conditions



  • Rates are subject to Hawaii State and Transient/Accommodation Tax of 13.42%
  • Room rates are subject to one-time out cleaning fees of: $ 95.00 for 1 bedroom units, $ 125.00 for 2 bedroom units.
  • Reservations are subject to a one-time $ 35 reservation fee.
  • Reservations must be secured by a $ 350.00 US Dollars deposit.
  • 4 night minimum. 7 night minimum during Christmas Dec 21 thru 1/3
  • Full prepayment due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Full prepayment due 11/1 for any booking with arrival 12/21 to 1/3. 
  • Children under 18 stay free when sharing accommodation and existing beds with adults 
  • Check-in time 3 PM. Check-out time 10 AM.
  • Prices subject to change without notice.
