The Wailua Bay View is a real jewel offering the perfect blend of beautiful and affordable. These one bedroom ocean front, ocean view condos are perched on a small bluff right on top of the Wailua Bay! You can sit on your private lanai sipping your morning cup of coffe and embrace the blue Pacific Ocean while you watch the green sea turtles paddle about.

These one bedroom condominiums are privately owned and personally decorated in a hawaiian-style theme. They offer a fully equipped kitchen, private lanai, ceiling fans, a swimming pool and easy access to Wailua Beach. Most also feature air conditioning in the bedrooms.

The Wailua Beach offers great swimming when the trade winds are down. It also offers good surfing and boogie-boarding when the trade winds are up. Lydgate state park is located at the south end of Wailua Beach. When the seas are up, you can swim and snorkle in the ocean here in either of the two protected lava pools. Sleeping Giant can be seen from the swimming pool and parking lot area. It is a short five minute drive from the Wailua Bay View to the jumping off spot for a great hike up the Sleeping Giant. The Kauai Municipal Golf Course is also at the south end of Wailua Beach and offers great golf with ocean views at reasonable prices as well.

PAYMENTS
We accept checks, Visa or MasterCard.
Deposits: $ 350. Deposit due at time of booking.
Balance: Due 30 days prior to arrival. For last minute bookings full payment is due immediately.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit less $ 100.00 is refundable if cancellation notice is received 30 days prior to arrival. (By 10/31 for Christmas bookings.)
Penalties will apply if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival. (After 10/31 for Christmas bookings.)

Rates are subject to Hawaii State and Transient/Accommodation Tax of 11.42%
Reservations must be secured by a $ 350.00 US Dollars deposit.
4 night minimum. 7 night minimum during Christmas Dec 21, 2008 – Jan 3, 2009.
Full prepayment due 30 days prior to arrival.
Full prepayment due 11/1 for any booking with arrival 12/21/08 to 1/3/09.
Children under 18 stay free when sharing accommodation and existing beds with adults
Check-in time 3 PM. Check-out time 10 AM.
