Centrally located in Kihei, Hale Kama'ole is just across the street from the very popular and beautiful Kamaole Beach III. This vacation condominium resort is comprised of two and three story buildings that offer spacious, one and two bedroom condos.

There are 188 condos in this resort. Both the one and two bedroom condos are large with the one bedroom condos offering 850 fq ft., and the two bedroom condos offering 1,000 sq ft. All condos have a fully-equipped kitchen, TV, ceiling fans and A/C (in the bedrooms), beach towels, in-room safe, phone, tv, and private lanais with glass enclosed railings. Most condos have a washer/dryer combo in them and there is also a central laundry facility. Buildings 2 and 4 are serviced by an elevator.

Hale Kama'ole is located across the street from Kamaole Beach Park III. The property offers lovely tropical gardens, two swimming pools, free parking, areas for BBQ grilling, and regulation size tennis courts.

Located in Kihei, Hale Kama'ole is centrally located to shops, golf, and dining.

PAYMENTS
We accept checks, Visa or MasterCard.
Deposits: $ 350. Deposit due at time of booking.
Balance: Due 30 days prior to arrival. For last minute bookings full payment is due immediately.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit less $ 100.00 is refundable if cancellation notice is received 30 days prior to arrival. (By 10/31 for Christmas bookings.)
Penalties will apply if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival. (After 10/31 for Christmas bookings.)

Terms & Conditions

Rates are subject to Hawaii State and Transient/Accommodation Tax of 11.42%
Effective 12/21/08, room rates are subject to one-time out cleaning fees of: $ 80.00 for 1 bedroom units, $ 100.00 for 2 bedroom units.
Reservations are subject to a one-time $ 35 reservation fee.
Reservations must be secured by a $ 350.00 US Dollars deposit.
4 night minimum. 7 night minimum during Christmas Dec 21, 2008 – Jan 3, 2009.
Full prepayment due 30 days prior to arrival.
Full prepayment due 11/1 for any booking with arrival 12/21/08 to 1/3/09.
Children under 18 stay free when sharing accommodation and existing beds with adults
Check-in time 3 PM. Check-out time 10 AM.
